Call for Papers Quotidian. Dutch Journal for the Study of Everyday Life
We are inviting academic contributors to Quotidian (www.quotidian.nl), an international, peer-reviewed e-journal. Papers are welcome on topics, which appear relevant to the overall aim of the journal: the study of everyday life. The journal features theoretical, empirical and historical research on a broad range of cultural practices, such as: rituals, festivities, group cultures, popular culture, events, material culture and folklore.
Although the journal is rooted in the Dutch academy, Quotidian accepts submissions from all over Europe. Our journal covers a wide range of different disciplines, as for instance ethnology, folklore studies, history, cultural studies, media studies and archeology.
Papers, between 5000 and 8000 words, in English or Dutch should be sent to info@quotidian.nl by May 15, 2012. For style of referencing please see www.quotidian.nl. All articles will be peer-reviewed by at least two anonymous reviewers.
